I haven't done a blog before so you will have to bare with me as I am not really sure how this all works!
Our son was very poorly when he was 11 days old, he was diagnosed with group b strep (meningitis), he was in hospital for 3 weeks and we almost lost him, but he fought to stay with us. 4 months later he was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and he has had 2 shunts insterted since november 06. The first shunt blocked after 2 weeks and so they had to instert e new one. Thankfully this shutn is working well and he is developing like a normal little boy! They said he could be delayed with certain things in his life, but so far so good! Oh well, he's just woke so I best go!!
Bye for now
Claire
